had a wonderful time in this cozy little hotel! the location was super convenient, just a short walk to the city's main attractions. my room was cleaned every day and was always warm and comfy, which I loved. the staff were so friendly and helpful, really made me feel welcome. for the price, I think it’s a great place to stay during the holidays!
the wifi was kinda slow and there was no elevator, which made carrying my luggage a bit tough.

The two-night stay was quite pleasant, especially since it was just a short stroll to major attractions like the holocaust memorial and the vibrant Viennese coffeehouses. I enjoyed that the reception was easily accessible via WhatsApp, making it convenient to reach out if needed. The tram stop right outside added to the convenience and allowed for easy exploration of the city. a solid choice for a budget traveler who just needs a comfortable place to rest.

I had a pleasant stay, but the street noise was a bit annoying at night. Still, the staff were super friendly and helpful with getting around Vienna. Chur for that!

Rooms were on the smaller side, and the noise from street traffic, especially trams, made it hard to get a solid night's sleep. No elevators meant lugging heavy bags up narrow staircases, which was inconvenient. Some areas in the bathroom had a rather unpleasant odor, and a few surfaces could have used more attention in terms of cleanliness. It would've been nice to have a fridge or kettle in the room—basic amenities like those were notably absent. Lastly, the limited reception hours left newcomers confused, as I witnessed guests struggling to figure out their check-in process after hours.

comfortable stay , but lacking some amenities
The room was immaculate and provided a comfortable environment for my family. The proximity to public transport made it easy to explore the area. I particularly appreciated the daily housekeeping. the cleanliness was commendable. as a family, we found the short walk to major attractions very convenient.
I noticed a lack of basic amenities like a fridge or kettle in our room, which would have enhanced our experience.

Comfortable Stay with Some Quirks
Enjoyed my two-night stay. the cozy room offered a warm retreat after exploring Vienna. While the mattress felt a bit soft, the friendly staff made my experience memorable. Would recommend earplugs for light sleepers, and don’t miss the nearby cafes for delightful breakfast options.
